Political Action Committees

Political Action Committees (PACs) are used by organizations, such as The League, for the purpose of raising and spending money to help elect candidates who are supportive of their industry.

Online FedPAC Permission Agreement

The League, or America’s Credit Unions if the League delegates its solicitation rights to America’s Credit Unions, may solicit this credit union’s members and executive or administrative personnel for contributions to its Federal Political Action Committee (FedPAC). The credit union may only grant permission to solicit its members to one trade association per calendar year, and credit union approval is necessary before the league, America’s Credit Unions and/or FedPAC may conduct a solicitation. The credit union grants permission to the League and America’s Credit Unions for each of the following years.
