• Chicken Piccata- Lightly floured chicken breast and artichokes served in a superb lemon caper sauce over herbed fettuccini.
• Beef Bourguignon- Tender chunks of beef braised in a rich red wine sauce with carrots, mushrooms, and onions served over garlic mashed potatoes.
• Wild Mushroom Ravioli- Ravioli stuffed with roasted portabello and crimini mushrooms, mozzarella, parmesan cheeses, and roasted garlic tossed in basil pesto sauce.
