Presented by The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates
Program Overview
The Emerging Professional Network (EPN) LEADs Program is designed to engage, develop, and connect the next generation of credit union leaders across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Virginia.
In 2026, the EPN LEADs initiative will feature a cohort of 12 emerging professionals (3 per state) who will represent their state and The League at ENGAGE 2026 in Orlando, Florida. Participants will receive complimentary conference registration, attend their state State Advocacy Summit, mentorship from seasoned credit union leaders, and structured opportunities to network, collaborate, and grow professionally.
Throughout the year, participants will take part in:
- Bi-monthly virtual roundtables focused on leadership, collaboration, and industry trends.
- State-level EPN gatherings to strengthen local connections.
- A yearlong mentorship experience with a credit union leader from the The League’s four-state footprint.
This program provides an exceptional opportunity for emerging professionals to grow as leaders, strengthen their credit union networks, and play an active role in shaping the future of the credit union movement.
