Kelsie Davis Memorial
Leadership Journey Scholarship

Honoring a Legacy of Leadership, Compassion, and Service

Kelsie Davis was more than a respected colleague in the credit union industry — she was a guiding light, a mentor, and a friend whose leadership and compassion touched everyone she met. Her dedication to helping others, her unwavering support of credit unions, and her belief in the power of “People Helping People” continue to inspire us all.

To honor her memory and carry forward her legacy of leadership and service, the Credit Union Impact Foundation is proud to establish the Kelsie Davis Memorial Leadership Journey Scholarship — a multi-year professional development award for emerging leaders within the credit union movement.

This multi-year scholarship supports emerging leaders by funding registration for two years of leadership-focused development. In Year One, recipients will receive registration funding to attend both EMERGE and Leadership College. In Year Two, the scholarship will cover registration for the Executive Institute.

Applicants should be Emerging Professionals who demonstrate leadership potential, a commitment to the credit union philosophy, and a passion for serving members and their communities. Candidates must have at least three years of employment with their credit union and be nominated by their CEO or senior leader who recognizes their capacity to grow into future Vice President or C-Suite roles within the movement.

The Kelsie Davis Memorial Leadership Journey Scholarship is a competitive program, with five scholarships awarded annually. The applicants portal is from November 1 – December 15, 2025. Awardees will be notified by December 31, 2025.

Scholarship covers registration fees only; travel costs are not included.
