Cost is $25 & can be paid by cash, check or Zelle at the door or in advance. If a credit union sends a group of people, they generally provide a check for the total. Juli Lewis, Harnessing Your Story to Build Trust, Inspire Teams, and Lead with Heart

In a world where AI is advancing faster than any technology in our lifetime, the leaders who will stand out aren’t the most automated, they’re the most authentic.

As systems get smarter, people become more discerning. Teams and members know when leadership is genuine…and when it isn’t. The one thing AI will never replicate is your lived experience: your story, your values, and your heart for people.

This session explores how to harness your story not as a script, but as a strategic trust-building tool. Through guided reflection and a practical storytelling framework, participants will begin writing their own leadership narrative and will walk away with greater clarity about their leadership story, laying the foundation for leadership that is both authentic and impactful.

Renni Jessup, Lead Like You: Own Your Leadership, Multiply Your Impact

Participants complete a behavioral assessment in advance and arrive with a personalized snapshot of their natural leadership wiring—how they communicate, make decisions, collaborate, and respond under pressure. This session turns that insight into practical leadership leverage: clarifying a “Lead Like You” leadership brand, learning how to lean into strengths without overusing them, and strengthening day-to-day leadership effectiveness across different working styles. Participants will also gain insights for building teams with complementary strengths—aligning the best wiring to the work so people can be both authentic and effective.

We will be supporting/highlighting a local Tampa charity called The Mary & Martha House. If you are able to bring any of the following items as a donation, it would be greatly appreciated: Laundry Detergent, Antibacterial Dish Soap. She is a proud University of South Florida graduate and longtime credit union leader with more than three decades of experience serving the credit union movement through leadership, League partnership, and community impact. She is passionate about financial education, philanthropy, and helping credit unions deepen relationships with the people they serve.

A frequent speaker and thought leader, Juli has presented at national and global events including the CU World Conference, CU Leaders, and Sterling, sharing insights on member-first strategy and purpose-driven growth along with leadership and storytelling.

When she’s not championing credit unions, Juli is technically an empty nester…except for her three fur-babies who truly run the household. She even holds a certification in pet psychology, because apparently leadership training doesn’t stop at humans.

Renni Jessup
CEO and Founder

Renni Jessup is CEO and Founder of The RNJ Group and an executive coach and leadership consultant with 20+ years of global experience, including hundreds of hours coaching senior leaders to sharpen their leadership skills and strengthen the mindsets required to succeed. She has held leadership roles across Fortune 500 organizations and partners with leaders to align business and people strategies for results.

Renni holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and maintains multiple professional credentials, including SPHR and ICF executive coaching certification.
