Hotel Information

The League’s GAC Hotels are Sold Out / How to Get on the Waitlist
The majority of hotel room blocks assigned to The League and our credit unions for GAC are SOLD OUT. America’s Credit Unions’ housing partner, onPeak, is working diligently to secure more hotels and rooms due to an extremely high demand. Please check back on our hotel link as hotel rooms may open up as some credit union’s release room nights and/or we get additional hotel rooms assigned to our block.

onPeak is accepting requests to be placed on a waitlist. An individual must have a current hotel reservation through onPeak (at one of the GAC hotels) in order to be eligible to submit a waitlist request. Click HERE to be added to the waitlist. Should rooms become available that meet your request, a member of the onPeak team will notify that person no later than February 13, 2026. Please note that any changes after Friday, February 13, may result in a cancellation fee for the original hotel booked.

To make a reservation:

• Click on the unique link for The League and enter password.
• Select the hotel you would like (if your block has more than one).
• Create a password for each reservation they are placing, to secure credit card information.
• Select the arrival/departure dates you would like.
• Enter payment information.  A major credit card is required for ALL reservations at the time of booking. Credit cards will not be charged at the time of the reservation.
• Credit unions will be able to book as individuals or groups (max 10 rooms per group)

Reservations, Cancellations and Changes—Key Dates 

Thursday, February 12, 2026: All reservations, changes and cancellations must be made with the Housing Bureau by this date, by 4:30 p.m. ET.

February 13- 17, 2026: During this timeframe, the Housing Bureau will transfer reservation information to hotels. No changes can be made during this time.

February 18, 2026: As of this date, all changes and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. In addition, all cancellations are subject to a fee equal to one night’s room and tax paid to the hotel.

Waitlists
An individual must have a current hotel reservation through onPeak in order to be eligible to submit a waitlist request. Should rooms become available that meet their request, a member of the onPeak team will notify that person no later than February 13, 2026. Please note that any changes after Friday, February 13, may result in a cancellation fee for the original hotel booked.
