Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) are more than compliance obligations—they’re critical tools that protect your institution, your customers, and the financial system at large. Yet many frontline employees and investigators still struggle with identifying what truly constitutes “suspicious,” how to connect disparate data points, and how to transform red flags into a well‑supported, actionable SAR narrative.
“SARs Decoded: Turning Suspicion into Action” demystifies the process and equips participants with practical techniques for improving detection, escalation, and reporting. Through real‑world insights and an engaging case study, this session will walk attendees through the full lifecycle of a SAR—from initial trigger to investigative analysis to the final written report.
